Client Solutions Manager

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic, solutions-driven relationship builder who puts clients at the center of everything they do. You'll serve as StreetMetrics' platform expert and a trusted partner to our clients, helping them turn data into powerful stories that support their business growth. In this role, you partner with customers to reimagine workflows, solve technical challenges, and surface new solutions that help them grow. You're always focused on building stronger relationships, creating trust, and driving lasting impact for the organizations you serve. And as those partnerships deepen, you'll play a direct role in growing revenue, identifying opportunities to expand StreetMetrics' footprint within each partnership and ensuring clients are getting maximum value at every stage. This role is equal parts relationship management, strategic growth, and problem-solving. It requires someone who's self-sufficient, proactive and someone who's just as invested in a partner's long-term growth as they are in solving today's problem. Reports to: Head of Client Experience

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Client Relationships & Revenue Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, developing deep, trusted relationships built on transparency and timely communication.
  • Own expansion revenue across every partnership you manage,  proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities as clients' needs evolve and their organizations grow.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's organizational structure, goals, and buying dynamics to uncover new opportunities to bring StreetMetrics' value to more teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction, surface new opportunities, and address concerns before they become issues.

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new partners through a smooth onboarding experience, providing training and hands-on support tailored to their team's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure every partnership launch sets the stage for long-term success and growth.

Client Success

  • Be the voice of the client internally, representing their needs to our product and engineering teams.
  • Analyze platform data and insights to help partners build compelling stories around their campaign performance that lead to business growth. stories that justify continued and expanded investment in OOH.
  • Monitor partner engagement, spot risks early, and take action to keep partnerships on track and positioned for growth.

Issue Resolution

  • Act as a confident problem-solver. Triaging issues, collaborating with engineering when needed, and keeping partners informed every step of the way.
  • Manage support tickets and resolution timelines with a bias toward speed and clarity.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather partner feedback, identify trends, and bring actionable insights back to the product team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our platform and overall partner experience.

Day-to-Day

  • Client meetings, keeping campaigns and integrations moving forward
  • Managing partner requests and ensuring timely resolution
  • Pulling data insights and building reports that help partners understand their performance
  • Partnering with Marketing on client training resources
  • Joining Sales syncs to discuss partnership health and growth strategy
