The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic, solutions-driven relationship builder who puts clients at the center of everything they do. You'll serve as StreetMetrics' platform expert and a trusted partner to our clients, helping them turn data into powerful stories that support their business growth. In this role, you partner with customers to reimagine workflows, solve technical challenges, and surface new solutions that help them grow. You're always focused on building stronger relationships, creating trust, and driving lasting impact for the organizations you serve. And as those partnerships deepen, you'll play a direct role in growing revenue, identifying opportunities to expand StreetMetrics' footprint within each partnership and ensuring clients are getting maximum value at every stage. This role is equal parts relationship management, strategic growth, and problem-solving. It requires someone who's self-sufficient, proactive and someone who's just as invested in a partner's long-term growth as they are in solving today's problem. Reports to: Head of Client Experience
